Just received delivery of a GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 yesterday. Installed it, turned on my computer and noticed all 3 of my fans not spinning. I did a quick google search and found a thread on here that described how to fix the problem. Followed all the steps such as; clean install of my OS, Driver, XOC, etc. Now only 1/3 fan works.
